X-Crib: A Safe but Suffocating Baby Gear

This crib called the x-crib, which apparently takes its inspiration from barbed wire fences erected to keep animals in place, does not come as an appealing baby gear.

Personally speaking, I will never see my baby sleeping in something as restrictive and claustrophobic as this crib. No doubts, it appears to be pretty safe, when it comes to design that gives least chances of accident as it is pretty closed. But I think a baby needs to see the world as well and this is something that is missing from scene in this closed crib. But all those parents who differ from me and would love to get home this have another reason to like it – the vibrant color scheme and a design that scores ten on ten on safety concerns.

The x-cib is designed by John Gregbell and can be seen here.
