‘Kaki Softo’: Japanese Ice Cream with Fried Oysters

In Japan on the New Year’s Eve, everyone was gobbling the new invention, “Kaki (oyster) soft”, Ice creams with oysters.

You might it hard to digest, but it’s true, simply take your favorite soft ice cream and garnished it with oyster, combo of two oysters, one on left and the other on right. We can call it as a treat of softy, ice cream that melts in your mouth as gulped. To add more flavors, you can garnish oysters with soya sauce.
